With the high demand for affordable space for social purpose organizations and a reimagination of our facilities, Tides has launched a coworking pilot at our offices in San Francisco’s Presidio. Our goal is not only to provide much-needed workspace, but also to widen our space offerings and to grow our community of social change actors. Members are selected through a competitive application process to determine who will derive the most value for themselves and their organizations by co-locating at the Center, as well as who is prepared to be an active member of the Center’s vibrant community.
We’ve begun our pilot with nine members representing seven social enterprises/charitable organizations, and applications will re-open in 2017 for additional members.
